Join us for the Austin Hatcher Foundation's 4th Annual Bubbles of Fun Run! This event will be held on February 24, 2024. With a record number of participants in the event's 3rd year, the Foundation hopes to grow this 2024 celebration of joy and hope, as runners raise funds to erase the effects of pediatric cancer. Two races will be offered: a 1-mile fun run/walk for anyone not looking to time their run, and a timed 5K and 10K. Create Your Own Magical Mushroom Forest
Saturday, Feb. 24 | 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM | The Chattery
Come learn how to paint and put together your very own mini magical mushroom forest! We will be learning how to paint realistic mushrooms (pre-made out of clay) and how to assemble these shadow boxes using artificial and dried flowers.
Supplies: All materials will be provided and included in your ticket price. Everyone will get to take their mushroom sculpture art home!

Fall of the House of Ridge: A Cherokee Tragedy

Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park presents a special 30-minute ranger-led talk about Major Ridge and his family during the era of Cherokee Removal. Please bring a folding chair and dress appropriately for weather conditions.
The story of the Ridges is one of many tragedies that took place during Cherokee Removal and one that culminated in the highest prices paid for what they thought to be the best path for their people. Major Ridge rose to prominence among the Cherokee in the early part of the 19th century and went from being a mentor to John Ross to one of his most outspoken critics.

Solve & Sip
Sunday Feb. 25 | 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM | Georgia Winery
Solve and Sip are murder mystery parties where guests take on active roles as characters within an interesting story of betrayal, deception and murder. Guests are given unique character profiles, alibis and motives, not word-for-word scripts. Guests will draw their own conclusions to the motives and identify the killer as everyone has fun socializing and mingling during the investigation. As the night progresses, one of your fellow guests will be revealed as the murderer (if it is not you)!
